Diversity Activities & Training Designs is the most useful resource book for diversity training I have ever found. It has sample training outlines, icebreakers, handouts, mini-lectures and even a question and answer section to prepare trainers for issues participants might bring up in training. I would love to see Ms. O'Mara update some of the data, but beyond that this book will be a valuable training tool indefinitely. She thought of everything. Roz
